The Good Food Ireland Awards honour people and places for their commitment to using local Irish food. The objectives of the awards are to highlight places committed to local Irish food so that consumers can find out and make informed choices on where to go to eat out or stay. Good Food Ireland is the only all island organisation that brings together a club of like-minded, committed people across all sectors of the hospitality and food industry.
Members are independently assessed by an expert judging panel and the public have been busy all year nominating their favourite Good Food Ireland members.
The Good Food Ireland Awards will took place on Monday 15th of November 2010 at The Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin. Please see the shortlisted finalists below
